The goal of our program is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship to Baseball. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. The success of the LI Hitmen Baseball Program is driven by our Professional Coaches and dedicated Players whose parents are extremely loyal to both the success of their players and the program overall. 

This year the LI Hitmen have partnered with the LI Collegians to enhance the Hitmen Program. The LI Collegians play in the ACBL each summer to provide local College Players with the opportunity to enhance their skills while staying close to the game here on Long Island and surrounding areas. More news about the LI Collegians will be available shortly.

As an organization the LI Hitmen offer Professional Coaching to all member teams and to those individuals ready to play and learn to compete at the tournament level. Our Professional Coaching staff combines their knowledge of the game and years of experience with player development to enhance the LI Hitmen Team environment. This program has been specifically designed for those who seek professional coaching for their players. 

Our team is registered as a non-profit organization. We appreciate the generous support of the community, local merchants, civic organizations and the dedicated parents and family members of our players.
